We perform pre-move-in inspections, Test HVAC, Check all plumbing and appliances, Inspect, deep cleaning and treat for pest control.

Yes, we have on-site 24 hour emergency maintenance.

When you move in, you have 48 hours to submit a move in inventory and condition form with any items that we may have missed. After that, you can submit a work order request through the online portal.

We complete service requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, if it is considered an emergency, we will complete emergency requests first.

You do not have to be present, we can enter and will leave a note informing you that the service request has been completed.

If you are locked out due to malfunction, you can call our 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Any modifications made to your apartment home needs to be approved by management. EX: Accent wall color, installing a ceiling fan, installing TV on a wall, etc.

Yes we have onsite parking, attached garages for rent, and reserved parking available.

Washer and dryer hookups are located inside the apartment.

Yes, we offer 6-11 month lease terms with a $250 monthly short term premium added to rent.

No, we do not offer corporate leases. 

No, we have a parcel locker room located onsite. USPS will deliver at the mail center.


No, touring is FREE!  Please contact us to set one up.

We do accept walk-ins, and appointments are also welcomed.

No utilities are included in the rent

The water is automatically set up through the office upon move in. The electricity needs to be set up by the resident by contacting City Public Service Energy at 210-353-2222.

You can use any cable and internet provider that services our community, but we partner with AT&T Fiber, which offers very good rates.

Guest are not allowed to stay for more than 2 consecutive days.Refer to your lease agreement

No, the base rent will remain the same, but you avoid paying additional fees for short term leases and you lock in your current rate for an entire year!
